境外交換生『來台研習3個月以上未滿6個月短期研修生』健康檢查資訊

依據學校衛生法、傳染病防治法及外籍人士申請居留之規範，境外新生必須繳交健康檢查報告。為使您能順利完成學校註冊程序就學，請您詳閱以下資訊。

1. 新生統一在校施行「新生健康檢查」，健康檢查相關注意事項請見衛保組網頁-健檢需知

2. 請繳交「麻疹、德國麻疹疫苗接種證明或抗體陽性報告」。

3. 若未能提供證明文件，可一併與「新生健康檢查」在學校完成檢查。需額外自付「麻疹、德國麻疹抗體檢驗」費用為臺幣580元。

備註：

1. 如未能在註冊日完成健檢者，需自行至新生健檢合作醫院進行檢查(健檢費用730元台幣)，並繳交收據及「麻疹、德國麻疹疫苗接種證明或抗體陽性報告」至衛保組。(如未攜帶麻疹、德國麻疹疫苗接種證明，也可一同在新生健檢合作醫院進行「麻疹、德國麻疹抗體檢驗」，但需額外加收檢驗費用)。

NTHU Health Examination Information for Short-Term Students (Resident in Taiwan with 3 months but less than 6 months)

In order to meet the medical examination requirement for exchange and short-term students, and the registration procedure of NTHU, all students should receive a health examination by a qualified physician. If the new student does not have his/her health examination, and the registration procedure is not complete. The health examination requirement as below.

1. Take the Health Examination Test at school. The fee is NTD 730.

2. Please provide the Proof of Positive Measles and Rubella Antibody or Measles and Rubella Vaccination Certificates.

3.If could not provide the Proof of Positive Measles and Rubella Antibody or Measles and Rubella Immunization Certificates, you can take the “Measles and Rubella Antibody Test” and the new student health exam at the same time at school. The “Measles and Rubella Antibody Test” charge NT 580.

Special instructions

1. If unable to complete the Health Examination Test before the registration day, you must go to the appointed hospital to finish it and handle the receipt and the report of “Measles and Rubella Antibody Test” to the Division of Health service. (If you miss to bring the measles and rubella test report, you can retake the test during the New Student Health Examination Test in Taiwan)
