106年1月1日起，若有常規傷口換藥需求者，

依法應前往醫療院所就診，並開立藥品及醫囑（非診斷書，

內容包含看診日期、就醫者姓名、換藥方式/藥品名稱、換藥頻率等，且蓋有醫院/醫師章），

本組護理師將依其藥品及醫囑，

協助執行傷口換藥，緊急傷病處理不在此限。

非緊急傷患而需常規傷口換藥，未有醫囑者，

恕本組依法不得提供傷口換藥服務。

~ Important Announcements ~

Since January 1, 2017, according to the laws in Taiwan,

if you need wound dressing services regularly, you must bring your own ointment and the doctor's certificate ( It’s not the medical certificate, bring the doctor’s advice

included the date of visit, full name, methods of wound care / ointment name, wound care frequency, etc., and stamped with hospital / physician seal)

from Hospital or Clinic and we will provide wound care in accordance with your ointment and medical advice, it is not applicable to emergency.
IF you are not emergency injuries, you want wound dressing services regularly without a doctor's advice, we can’t provide it for you.
