自費季節性流感疫苗接種，詳情如下：

1. 可就近前往臨近醫療院所，進行流感疫苗預約施打。

2. 清華大學附設診所

(1) 施打時間：10月18日(三)起，每週三至五14:00-17:00。

(2) 施打地點：醫輔大樓一樓。

(3) 施打費用：需自費650元 (現場繳費)

(4) 由於診所不會常備太多針劑，故請於預計施打日前兩天下午14:00-16:50 打電話至清華大學附設診所預約針劑。

3. 106年自費季節性流感疫苗接種活動：

(1) 活動時間：106年11月14日(二) 09:00-13:30。

(2) 活動地點：風雲樓3F-國際學生活動中心

(3) 活動費用：季節性流感疫苗（巴斯德）需自費450元 (現場繳費)。

(4) 備註：疫苗限量供應(100支)，售完為止。
