1. Rental procedure: Please go to our website and download " Medical Equipment Loan Application ” form and fill in the details.
   Please come to our office during working hours and bring along the application form, id and deposit.
2. For big event organizers, please complete your application earlier. (This could help us to prepare the supplies needed)
