「在台居住滿6個月(含)以上」境外生(含交換生)之健康檢查資訊

        依據學校衛生法、傳染病防治法及外籍人士申請居留之規範，境外新生(含交換生)必須繳交健康檢查報告。為使您能順利完成學校註冊程序就學，請您詳閱並完成以下兩類健康檢查，注意事項如下：

1. 在台新生健康檢查：健康檢查相關注意事項請見衛保組網頁-健檢需知http://health.web.nthu.edu.tw/files/14-1142-147290,r1991-1.php?Lang=zh-tw 。
2. 居留或定居健康檢查：請完成並妥善保管「居留或定居健康檢查」報告影本備查。 
   備註：陸生(含香港及澳門學生) 需來台後於台灣外國人健康檢查指定醫院完成居留或定居健康檢查( https://www.cdc.gov.tw/list.aspx?treeid=AA2D4B06C27690E6&nowtreeid=5783A22EC021590D  )。

NTHU Health Examination Information for Foreign students (including Exchange students) (Resident in Taiwan for more than 180 days)

        In order to meet the medical examination requirement for foreign students (including exchange students) and the registration procedure of NTHU, all students should receive a health examination by a qualified physician. If the new student does not have his/her health examination,  the registration procedure is not complete. Please read and complete the following two types of health examinations, the requirement as below: 

1. The new student health examination in Taiwan: Please refer to our website for further information regarding notice for health examination http://health.web.nthu.edu.tw/files/14-1142-147290,r1991-1.php?Lang=zh-tw .
2. The Health Certificate for Residence Application: Please complete and keep the photocopy of the Health Certificate for Residence Application and future reference.
