自費4價季節性流感疫苗接種，詳情如下：

1. 可就近前往臨近醫療院所，進行流感疫苗預約施打，醫療院所詳情如下： https://antiflu.cdc.gov.tw/
2. 清華大學附設診所：
   (1) 施打時間：每週二至五14:00-17:00。
   (2) 施打地點：醫輔大樓一樓。
   (3) 施打費用：需自費1,350元 (伏適流4價，現場繳費)
