    為鼓勵您為自我健康把關，特辦理「107學年度第二學期新生複檢」暨「教職員工生眷優惠健檢」在校健檢之便捷服務，誠摯歡迎您一起加入「自主健康管理」的行列。活動內容如下：

活動時間：108年05月16日(四)上午9:00~下午1:30
活動地點：風雲樓3F國際學生活動中心

承辦醫院：107年新生健檢廠商-怡仁醫院
活動內容：請詳閱附加檔案

活動說明:

1. 107年度第二學期新生複檢：請今年新生攜帶健檢報告到現場進行複檢。如未達免費複檢標準可 自費 優惠複檢。
2. 教職員工生眷優惠健檢：於活動當天至現場進行繳費健檢(要注意某些項目必須空腹6-8小時)

    Encourage you to be aware of your health condition, Division of Health Service will provide a Health Examination on campus. We will hold "107 School year 2^nd semester New Students Health Examination Recheck" and "Staff, Students and Family Member Health Check Promotion" these two events, we sincerely hope that you can participate in our "Self-Health Assessment" group. Event information is listed below:

Time: 2019 May 16^th (Thu) 9:00 am to 1:30 pm

Venue:  Feng-Yun Building 3rd floor, International Students Activity Center.

Hospital: Yee Zen Hospital

Event description:

1. 107 School year 2^nd  semester New Students Health Examination Recheck: Please bring your Health Examination Report to do the recheck. If you have not reached the criteria for a free health exam, you can do the examination on your own expense.
2. Staff, Students and Family Members Health Check Promotion: Please come to our event and do the examination on your own expense. (Please note that some tests require you to fast for 6-8 hours).
